Express Perk uses mobile display ads to geo-target app users to the nearest Express store. EXP Perk gives users instant mobile access to exclusive offers and one-time only offers. Express has recognized the ability to reach out to the consumer at the right place and time. As noted in The Mobile Marketing Roadmap, "Mobile is the channel that can consistently deliver." Due to the change in Millenials' media habits and an increase in multitasking, retailers have to adopt new strategies to reach them.
